Founder, Kaizen Strategic AI

I work with businesses to understand what needs to change, then bring the strategy, design and development together.

The practice
Understand the situation.
Carry the work through.
Kaizen is my working practice. I design and build websites, digital tools and content, and I lead the discovery that comes before them. That means understanding the people involved, how the work happens and what is getting in the way.
Sometimes the useful next step is a clearer message or a better process. Sometimes it is software. I work through that decision with you, then bring the content, interface and implementation together around an agreed scope.
How we can work togetherWhere it began
From Evergreen to Kaizen.
I started Evergreen Web Solutions with business websites, including early work for Karma Training. Kaizen grew from that practice as the work expanded into strategy, reporting tools and original software.
The connection is the same: learn how something works, shape how people experience it and build it carefully. I also make original artwork. The way something works and the way it feels belong together.

Sound. Play. Ideas.
Alongside client work, I develop my own products. They give different forms to the same interests in systems, design and making.
Kaizen DSP
Audio software, original interfaces and artwork, brought together with a website built around the products.
Lakeside
A cottage-country building and management game for iPhone. A place to explore how systems, interactions and atmosphere work together.
The Decision Instrument
The method behind the practice, put into words: how to turn rough intent and incomplete information into decisions and finished work.
Working together
What are you working on?
Start with the situation. We can work out the next step.
