How an engagement is formed

1. Start with the situation: identify what is not working and what evidence is available.
2. Diagnose the constraint: map the current state, measures, decision, and practical boundary.
3. Choose the next move: act internally, take the findings to another specialist, or ask Kaizen to propose implementation.
4. Approve scope: document deliverables, assumptions, responsibilities, information access, timing, price, acceptance, support, and exit terms.
5. Deliver with checkpoints: use reviewable evidence and named approvals rather than silent scope expansion.
6. Close or continue: hand over agreed materials and separately approve any ongoing maintenance or support.

There is no universal public price band or default project duration. Capacity, risk, and price are confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work.

Case-study evidence

No client-approved public case study is currently published. The homepage contains a worked diagnostic example that is explicitly illustrative, not evidence of a customer outcome.

It publishes no customer conversion rate, revenue effect, inquiry count, causal result, or time-to-result because a complete, client-approved evidence record is not available. The page does not invent two or three additional customer stories to look larger. A new case study should not be published until client permission, baseline, measurement window, metric definition, intervention, result, limitations, and evidence owner are documented.

Contract and procurement documents

• Kaizen maintains working agreement and statement-of-work templates for scoping discussions.
• A master services agreement, DPA, security schedule, subprocessor schedule, or questionnaire response can be prepared for a concrete engagement.
• No public template is represented as counsel-approved, universally suitable, or already agreed with a customer.
• Customer terms take effect only after review and signature by authorized representatives.
• Material security, privacy, AI-use, residency, intellectual-property, support, recovery, and deletion requirements must be made explicit before work begins.
