1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or participating in the census, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit census information.

2. About the census

The Northern BC AI Readiness Census 2026 is intended to help organizations understand readiness for AI adoption and contribute to an aggregated regional benchmark. Scores and recommendations are directional decision-support outputs based on the information provided by the participant.

3. Not professional advice or certification

Website and census content is general information only. It is not legal, financial, accounting, security, privacy, employment, procurement, or technical advice. A readiness score does not certify that an organization complies with any law, regulation, contract, policy, or standard, including ISO/IEC 42001.

4. Participant responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
  • Not submitting sensitive personal information, confidential client records, passwords, or trade secrets.
  • Using your own judgement before acting on any score, recommendation, or benchmark finding.
  • Getting professional advice where your organization faces legal, privacy, safety, employment, or security risk.

5. Use of aggregated findings

Kaizen Strategic AI may use census responses to create aggregated benchmark reports, presentations, research summaries, or educational material. Public findings are intended to avoid identifying individual participants unless permission has been given.

6. Intellectual property

Website content, census structure, score interpretation, recommendations, copy, design, and related materials are owned by Kaizen Strategic AI or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may share links to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Other copying, resale, or redistribution requires permission.
