1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through its forms.

2. Paused regional research

The earlier Northern BC AI Readiness Census 2026 collection has been withdrawn from publication. Any future survey or assessment will be presented under its approved name, methodology, scope, notices, and terms before new participation begins.

3. Not professional advice or certification

Website and prior research content is general information only. It is not legal, financial, accounting, security, privacy, employment, procurement, or technical advice. A readiness score does not certify that an organization complies with any law, regulation, contract, policy, or standard, including ISO/IEC 42001.

4. Participant responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
  • Not submitting sensitive personal information, confidential client records, passwords, or trade secrets.
  • Using your own judgement before acting on any score, recommendation, or benchmark finding.
  • Getting professional advice where your organization faces legal, privacy, safety, employment, or security risk.

5. Use of aggregated findings

Existing responses are preserved while the project methodology and scope are reviewed. Any future analysis or reporting must remain within the applicable privacy notice, approved methodology, and participant permissions, and must avoid identifying a participant unless an appropriate permission or other lawful basis applies.

6. Intellectual property

Website content, prior research structure, score interpretation, recommendations, copy, design, and related materials are owned by Kaizen Strategic AI or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may share links to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Other copying, resale, or redistribution requires permission.

7. Third-party tools and links

The website may link to third-party websites, tools, standards, publications, or service providers. Those third parties are responsible for their own content, terms, privacy practices, availability, and security.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, remove, or change website content and research materials. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaizen Strategic AI is not liable for losses arising from use of the website, prior research outputs, third-party links, or reliance on general informational content.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
