Our Target

Kaizen targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is an ongoing engineering and content target, not a claim that every page or downloadable file has been independently certified.

Read WCAG 2.2 from the World Wide Web Consortium.

Measures in Place

  • Keyboard-operable navigation, menus, forms, and visible focus indicators
  • Skip links, labelled fields, semantic headings, landmarks, and status messages
  • Responsive layouts and touch targets intended to work at mobile sizes
  • Reduced-motion and data-saving alternatives for the cinematic landscape
  • Consent choices that do not block the core website when optional tracking is declined
  • Branded error, loading, and page-recovery states with plain-language next steps

Known and Ongoing Review Areas

Browser and screen-reader combinations, third-party maps, downloadable PDF/DOCX files, prior research materials, and older project resources require continuing manual review. If a format is not usable for you, ask for the information in an alternative format.

Report a Barrier

Email info@kaizenstrategic.ai with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not include passwords, confidential records, or health information.

Kaizen will acknowledge the report, investigate it, and offer a practical alternative where one is available.
