This notice covers the public Decision Instrument product pages and the MCP service at https://www.. The service may be connected in developer mode; it is not directory-listed unless OpenAI approves and Kaizen publishes it.
MCP request handling
The service processes the tool parameters and source material you provide to create compact temporary Decision States. These may include your problem description, supplied observations, evidence references, random state, request, and trace identifiers, and a state version. We do not receive a separate Decision Instrument account identity from ChatGPT.
Retention and boundaries
Temporary state is retained for up to seven days, with at most twenty versions per state. The service does not sell this material, execute external actions, access customer systems, or expose private Canon, prompts, or evaluation answers. Do not provide credentials, payment information, health records, or other highly sensitive material unless you are authorized to do so and accept the service boundary.
